Alexander H. Ferrone is an associate attorney with Schober Schober & Mitchell, S.C. practicing out of the firm’s Oconomowoc and New Berlin Offices.
His primary practice areas include Business, Real Estate, Charitable Organizations and Litigation. He has been admitted to practice before the Wisconsin Supreme Court, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin. Alex also serves on the Board of Directors for the Gals on the Go Project, a 501(c)(3) organization established by the Gals Institute.
Alex received his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Marquette University, and his law degree from Marquette University Law School as well. Alex interned for Chief Justice Ziegler of the Wisconsin Supreme Court, and the Honorable Brendan A. O’Brien, Cook County, Law Division. In Law School he served on the Editorial Board for the Intellectual Property and Innovation Law Review. Recently, his work “Solving the Consideration Problem in Non-Compete Agreements; Continued At-Will Employment is Inadequate Consideration.” was published in Volume 28.2 of the Intellectual Property and Innovation Law Review.
