
Christopher M. D’Errico
Christopher M. D’Errico is an associate attorney with Schober Schober and Mitchell, S.C. whose practice primarily focuses on handling probate matters (formal and informal), in addition to elder law, estate, and Medicaid (Title XIX) planning issues. Chris also has experience handling landlord-tenant and other civil litigation matters. Chris meets with clients at all three of the firm’s locations, New Berlin, Oconomowoc and Racine.
Chris spent the first 21 years of his life on the east cost growing up on Long Island, and attended Providence College where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 2014, graduating cum laude. He has a major in Political Science, a minor in economics, and received his certificate in Public Administration from Providence College. Chris is also a member of the Pi Sigma Alpha Political Science National Honor Society. Following his career at Providence, Chris moved to Wisconsin in order to pursue a law degree from Marquette University Law School, from which he graduated in 2017, cum laude. He is also admitted to the Wisconsin State Bar.
Chris enjoys golfing and watching Marquette basketball and Packers games, and visiting with family and friends. He is also a member of the Sons of Italy in downtown Milwaukee, which is where he currently resides.
