Kevin J. Clark is an associate attorney with Schober Schober & Mitchell, S.C. His primary practice area is civil litigation. Kevin has significant experience litigating matters involving real estate, construction defects, land use, development and municipal law.
Kevin received his law degree from Marquette University in 2016, graduating cum laude. While in law school Kevin was a member of Marquette University’s Law Review, where he was elected as the Senior Comment Editor in his final year. Attorney Clark also was an intern for the Honorable Diane S. Sykes in the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
From the very beginning of his legal career Kevin has focused his practice on complex civil litigation matters. He has helped clients pursue and defend lawsuits from the point of investigation all the way through trial and appeals. Kevin has experience representing large corporations, municipalities, and individuals who are pursuing and defending against lawsuits.
In his free time, Kevin enjoys being outdoors, running, cross country skiing and paddle boarding. Kevin resides in Oconomowoc and is an active member of the Oconomowoc Rotary Club.
