Terence P. Cahill advises his clients from the firm’s Oconomowoc office on issues related to real estate, probate, wills and trusts, estate planning, condominium associations and civil litigation.
Terry was raised in Waukesha, Wisconsin and attended Marquette University, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1968. He received his J.D. degree from Marquette University Law School in 1972.
Terry served as a Waukesha County Assistant District Attorney from 1972-1976. He also served as a part time Waukesha County Corporation Counsel from 1980-1983. Terry has been in private practice since 1976 and is currently a Court Commissioner for Waukesha County Circuit Court Judge Robert Mawdsley.
Terry is on the Board of Directors of the Marquette University M Club and is its current President. He is also past president of the Waukesha County Bar Association.
Terry and his wife, Barb, have resided in Oconomowoc since 1974, where they raised their 4 children. His interests include golf and tennis.
