Todd Goodwin focuses his legal practice on serving individuals and small businesses with a wide range of business, real estate, and estate planning matters. He advises clients on business formation, real estate transactions, and the negotiation, drafting, and review of contracts including:
- Business and real estate purchase/sale agreements
- Commercial and residential leases
- Financing documents
- Buy/sell agreements
- Corporate shareholder agreements
- LLC operating agreements
- Business succession plans
Todd also assists clients through the complex process of buying or selling privately held businesses and commercial or residential real estate. Additionally, he helps families with estate planning and collaborates with the firm’s Elder Law group to support clients with Medicaid/Title 19 planning.
