Alexis J. Witte (“Lexie”) is an associate attorney with Schober Schober & Mitchell’s Estate Planning practice area, where she advises individuals and families on a wide range of estate planning matters, such as trust planning, asset protection, and tax planning. Lexie practices primarily out of the firm’s New Berlin office.
Lexie received her Juris Doctorate from Marquette University Law School in 2023. As a law student, she served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Marquette Intellectual Property and Innovation Law Review. She was an executive board member of the Student Bar Association. Lexie also volunteered at the Marquette Volunteer Legal Clinic’s Estate Planning Clinic and served as the Student Coordinator for the pro bono Guardianship Clinic, which partnered with the Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin.
Prior to attending law school, Lexie worked in Washington, D.C., as a Congressional Intern to Congressman John Kline. She received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Iowa in 2019.
Lexie resides in Milwaukee with her Border Collie, Louie.
